Scientific developments and expertise is a main aspect that is very influential in improvement of science and technology. These needs can be addressed through the development of human resources in Department of Urban and Regional Development (URD), including maintaining active communication towards the inter universities through a network of Planning Education Association of Indonesia (ASPI). Furthermore, URD academicians always enhance the learning process effectively through principle: learning to learn and learning throught life.
