Highlights of the 62nd Anniversary Celebration, FT-UH
The highlight of the 62nd Anniversary of the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas was attended by the Rector of Unhas, Prof. Dr. Ir. Jamaluddin Jompa, M.Sc., along with the Vice Rectors, Deans, Directors, and other members of the Unhas leadership. Also in attendance were several invited guests, including alumni, partners of the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas, and local government officials.
The Dean of the Unhas Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM, delivered a speech and symbolically inaugurated Café Insinyur, the M -Berkas, the P2MJKI Internationalization Program, the Workshop and Technomart, the kickoff for the continued construction of the Faculty of Engineering’s Sports Center, and the handover of an aircraft donated by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) from the Rector to the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University.
Café Insinyur is one of the entrepreneurship programs of the Unhas Faculty of Engineering, established by the Unhas Faculty of Engineering Employee Cooperative. The M-Berkas application marks the first step in the digital transformation process of the Unhas Faculty of Engineering toward realizing a Smart Campus. M-Berkas 1.0 is a digital-based academic correspondence management application designed to reduce paper usage (paperless). P2MJKI is the Program for the Improvement and Development of International Partnership Network Models for the academic community of the Faculty of Engineering in achieving Unhas’s World Class University goals. Techomart is one of the business units established by the Unhas Faculty of Engineering Employee Cooperative. The sports center building is currently in the final stages of construction and will be operational in early 2023.
As part of the 62nd Anniversary of the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas, several other events were also held, such as a 5 km fun walk, the presentation of certificates of appreciation, and a door prize drawing.
In addition, there was also a culinary tour featuring specialties from South Sulawesi (Sulsel), offered free of charge to all participants and invited guests of the 62nd Anniversary of the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas.
