In Response to an Invitation from the Rector of Khairun University, the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Presented on the Curriculum of Study Programs Based on the KKNI and OBE to Meet the Needs of the Industry and Business Community

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM., AER., accepted an invitation from Khairun University in Ternate to present at a focus group discussion (FGD). During the event, Prof. Isran presented on the development of a KKNI-based curriculum and outcome-based education to meet the needs of the industry and the world of work.

The Focus Group Discussion, which was officially opened, focused on the revitalization of the KKNI curriculum in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Society 5.0, with a target completion date of 2024. The event took place on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, in the Nuku Auditorium on the 4th floor of the Gambesi Rectorate Building in Ternate. In addition to Prof. Isran, the event also featured Dr. Amidah, S.Pd., M.Si., who presented on the review of OBE-oriented curricula for engineering programs and social sciences/humanities programs.
