The Faculty of Mineral Technology at the Veteran National Development University in Yogyakarta Visits the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University
The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University welcomed a delegation from UPN Veteran University in Yogyakarta. The visit took place on Thursday, July 18, 2024, in the 3rd-floor conference room of the CoT Building at the Faculty of Engineering, Hasanuddin University.
This visit was part of a faculty benchmarking study. The benchmarking delegation was welcomed directly by the Associate Dean for Partnerships, Research, and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustan Tarakka, ST., MT., IPM., ASEAN.Eng, and his staff. Representing UPN Veteran Yogyakarta were the Dean of the Faculty of Mineral Technology, Dr. Ir. RM. Basuki Rahmad, M.T., and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ir. Tedy Agung Cahyadi, M.T., IPM. The Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Collaboration at the Faculty of Mineral Technology (FTM), Dr. Ardian Novianto, S.T., M.T.; the Coordinator of the Bachelor’s Program in Mining Engineering, Ir. Oktarian Wisnu Lusantono, S.T., M.Eng., M.Eng., IPP; Coordinator of the Bachelor of Science in Geology Program, Adam Raka Ekasara, S.T., M.Eng.; Coordinator of the Environmental Engineering Program, Nandra Eko Nugroho, S.T., M.T.; and faculty members of the Faculty of Mineral Technology at the Veteran National Development University (UPN) Yogyakarta
In his remarks, Dr. Basuki expressed his deep gratitude for the warm welcome extended to the delegation from the Faculty of Mineral Technology (FTM) at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta at the Faculty of Engineering. Dr. Basuki also noted that the purpose of this comparative study visit was to broaden perspectives and share knowledge with the Faculty of Engineering at Unhas, and he expressed his hope that in the future, FTM UPN Veteran would continue to collaborate with FTUH in carrying out the Tridharma of Higher Education.
