Unhas Faculty of Engineering Holds an Information Session on the LPJK Scheme in Collaboration with LSP Unhas

Gowa, February 10, 2026 – The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University (FT Unhas) held an event titled “Outreach on the Construction Services Development Agency (LPJK) Certification Scheme”, organized by the Professional Certification Center/Professional Certification Body (LSP) of Hasanuddin University.

This event was a follow-up to a request by the Unhas LSP for a meeting with the Dean of the Unhas Faculty of Engineering to discuss the LPJK scheme, as part of an effort to strengthen synergy in the implementation of competency certification in the construction services sector.

The outreach session was held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Technovation Room, 2nd Floor of the Engineering Building, Hasanuddin University’s Faculty of Engineering, and was attended by faculty leadership, including associate deans, department chairs and secretaries, as well as managers within the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University.

The Head of the Unhas Professional Certification Center (LSP), Ir. Mukti Ali, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN Eng., stated that the outreach session aimed to comprehensively discuss opportunities for cooperation, development, and the implementation of LPJK certification schemes relevant to academic and professional needs.

The Dean of the Unhas Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM., AER., welcomed this initiative and invited all academic unit leaders to actively participate in this outreach event as a first step toward aligning competency certification policies within the Faculty of Engineering.

Through this initiative, the Unhas Faculty of Engineering, together with the Unhas LSP, is committed to developing certification schemes that are integrated with the curriculum and industry needs, thereby producing outstanding, professional graduates who are ready to compete at both the national and international levels.
