UNHAS Faculty of Engineering Selects the Best Employee of the Month for February 2025

The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) recently held a meeting to select the Best Employee of the Month, with the aim of recognizing staff and employees who demonstrate a high level of discipline and dedication in carrying out their daily duties.

The meeting, held on March 5, 2025, was attended by faculty leaders. On this occasion, Harianti, an academic staff member, was selected as the Best Employee of the Month for February thanks to her discipline in various administrative and faculty management activities. This award was given in recognition of the hard work, discipline, and commitment Harianti has demonstrated in supporting the smooth operation of the faculty.

The Dean of the UNHAS Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Muhammad Isran Ramli, S.T., M.T., IPM., AER., extended his congratulations to the selected employee: “We congratulate Ms. Harianti (Academic Staff) on being selected as the Faculty of Engineering UNHAS Staff of the Month for February 2025. This award is based on a discipline assessment using fingerprint data, in which she achieved a 100% on-time attendance rate. May this award serve as motivation for all of us to continue improving our discipline, dedication, and professionalism at work.”

The Best Employee of the Month selection event is one of the Faculty of Engineering at UNHAS’s initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment and to encourage staff and employees to continue excelling. Moving forward, the faculty plans to regularly hold similar events to recognize and appreciate individuals who have made a positive impact on the faculty’s development.
