The UNHAS Faculty of Engineering, in Collaboration with Telkomsel, Hosts a Guest Lecture on Digital Marketing Strategy and Signs a Memorandum of Understanding.

The Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University (UNHAS), in collaboration with Telkomsel, held a guest lecture titled “Digital Marketing Strategy,” which was attended by students and faculty members of the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University. The event, which took place on March 5, 2025, was also marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the UNHAS Faculty of Engineering and Telkomsel, signifying a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration in the fields of education and digital technology development.

The guest lecture featured Robby Yandy, Manager of Mobile Consumer at Telkomsel, who shared his knowledge and experience regarding the importance of digital marketing strategies in today’s business landscape. Additionally, Robby presented on the role of AI in Digital Marketing Strategy. During the event, participants gained an in-depth understanding of how to use digital platforms to achieve more effective marketing goals, as well as data-driven marketing strategies—which are now a global trend.

In addition to the guest lecture, the event marked an important milestone with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the UNHAS Faculty of Engineering and Telkomsel. The MoU was signed by the Associate Dean for Partnerships, Research, Innovation, and Alumni, Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustan Tarakka, S.T., M.T., IPM., AER, and Robby Yandy, Manager of Mobile Consumer. This Memorandum of Understanding aims to strengthen cooperation in various fields, including human resource development, research, and other educational programs that support digital transformation in Indonesia.

This event is expected to serve as a bridge for students to be better prepared to enter a professional world that is increasingly oriented toward digital technology. Furthermore, the signing of this MoU marks the beginning of various joint initiatives that will continue to be developed to make a positive contribution to the advancement of science and technology in Indonesia.
