The Hasanuddin University Faculty of Engineering Dharma Wanita Association Holds a Ramadan Charity Event Titled “Sharing Is Beautiful”

Makassar, March 21, 2025 – To commemorate the holy month of Ramadan, the Dharma Wanita Persatuan of the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University held an event titled Amaliah Ramadhan: “Sharing Is Beautiful”. This event aimed to strengthen bonds of friendship among members and foster a sense of compassion toward others.

The event, held on the campus of the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Engineering, was attended by members of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan, faculty members, and students. In an atmosphere of togetherness, various social and religious activities were carried out, such as the distribution of food packages to all faculty and staff within the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Engineering, as well as to orphanages and the local community.

The Chairwoman of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan of the Faculty of Engineering, Dr. Eng. Muralia Hustim, ST., MT., stated in her remarks that this event represents a form of social compassion and gratitude for the blessings of Ramadan. “Through this event, we want to encourage everyone to share happiness, help one another, and strengthen bonds among our peers. Because sharing is beautiful, especially during this blessed month,” she said.

The Amaliah Ramadhan event also served as a platform to strengthen solidarity among the academic community of the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Engineering.

The spirit of sharing promoted by Dharma Wanita Persatuan serves as a concrete example of how social activities can bring positive benefits to the community—particularly within the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University—especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.
